In 1991, Universal Studios Hollywood solidified Fox's role as the Official Betty Boop, sending her on tour to embody the cherished flapper as a “living version” of Betty, with appearances on top shows like “The Rick Dees Show,” “Good Morning America,” and publicity events across Europe and Asia.
Fox's 1999 engagement with Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure in Orlando, as the official voice for Betty Boop at Toon Lagoon, included providing the beloved character's voice in The Betty Boop Store and stage show, captivating visitors from around the globe for over two decades.
Internationally, her portrayal took center stage in Paris, France, with the Lancôme Paris, Star Eyes campaign in 2012, blending Betty's historical allure with a touch of glamour and contemporary elegance for the beauty industry.
In 2014, Fox's voice as Betty Boop enhanced the prestigious Mipcom awards in Cannes, France, honoring Simon Cowell as Personality of the Year.

From Torrid's accessible chic to Zac Posen's couture elegance and Dr. Marten’s bold footwear and accessories. Each campaign celebrating Betty Boop's iconic image and persona. The Dr. Marten’s Global campaign featured a strong and feminine Betty inspiring women with the slogan “You can be it all.”

This summer also marks the debut of “Becoming Betty Boop”, a one-year premier exhibit at the Comic-con Museum, in San Diego California, where Sandy is featured as one of the “Voices of Betty Boop.”
