Sandy Fox is a Voice Actor, Singer, Content Creator and Entrepreneur.

She began her career in the entertainment industry working for the Walt Disney Company for over 13 years, performing in hundreds of live stage shows as a singer, dancer and comedic talent.  She later made on-camera appearances in Jim Henson’s Muppet’s Tonight, Nickelodeon’s Welcome Home Freshmen, The Early Days, Lizzie McGuire and starred in “The Disney 4th of July Spectacular” TV special - singing and dancing alongside Broadway’s Tommy Tune.

Sandy has been voicing characters in Anime, Animation, Video Games and Toys for over 25 years and has provided an array of voices for The Simpsons, King of the Hill, The Critic, Futurama, Muppet Films, The Addams Family, Disney's Bolt, Wreck It Ralph and Maleficent.

She is listed as one of the "Top 20 Female Anime Voice Actors" on IMDB and is known for being one of the cutest voices in Hollywood, recognized for her unique and child-like voice.

Some of her iconic voice acting roles include Betty Boop, Hello Kitty, Chibiusa and Black Lady in Sailor Moon, Epi in The Wild Life, Tina the Squirrel in Son of Bigfoot, Harmony in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Mipsy Mipson in As Told by Ginger, Lily and Penny in Leap Frog, Kyoko in AKIRA, Tachikomas in Ghost in the Shell, Melody in My Life as a Teenage Robot, Cylindria in Pacman’s Ghostly Adventures and Courtney in Pokemon Generations.

Recent video game titles include Flonne in Disgaea, Shenmue III, Fire Emblem:Three Houses, God Eater 3, Peashy and YellowHeart in Hyperdimension Neptunia, Patty Fleur in Tales of Vesperia and Vyrn in GranBlue Fantasy. 

Other titles include Mina and Momiji in Naruto, Himespetchi in Tamagatchi, Sumomo in Chobits, Ritz in Bleach, Haruna in DurararaX2, Owly the Owl in Power Puff Girls, T-AI in Transformers: Robots in Disguise, Minette Napkatti in Bravely Second, Meiu in Tales of the Abyss, Tracy, Snuffy and Tuffy in Jay Jay the Jetplane, and Daisy in Disney’s Princess Palace Pets. She also sang the English theme songs for the Rurouni Kenshin and Magic Knight Rayearth series.

Sandy is internationally known for voicing the Queen of Cartoons - Betty Boop.

She began her career in the 80‘s singing the 1920‘s music of Helen Kane and Annette Henshaw with the renown Cocoanut Manor Orchestra. She was then hired by Universal Studios Hollywood as the original living Betty Boop, touring Japan and Asia in the early 90’s.  She has been voicing Betty for Universal and King Features since 1991, and can be heard as Betty and Olive Oyl in the official “Betty Boop Store”, and both Betty Boop & Olive Oyl in The Toon Lagoon Stage Show and attractions at the Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Theme Park in Orlando, Florida.

In 2014, she recorded a very special tribute to Simon Cowell as Betty Boop for the international entertainment industry show - Mipcom, in Cannes, France. She recorded and wrote songs along with her husband Lex Lang for Chantilly Lane's signature line of five singing Betty Boop plush dolls. Other projects include voicing Betty and her dog Pudgy for the Zac Posen and MAC cosmetics commercial "Betty Goes a Posen, and the Torrid online commercial for their Betty Boop line of clothing.

She was then invited to travel to Paris to record Betty’s voice for the prestigious Lancome Paris International commercial campaign "Star Eyes", featuring supermodel Daria Werbowy, directed by famed comic book artist and director Joann Sfar.

Most recently Sandy voiced Betty for a special animated episode of Project Runway All-Stars on Lifetime.

Sandy is co-founder of Love Planet Productions and The Love Planet Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to creating educational content with a focus on mindfulness, the social & emotional arts, and environmental awareness. 

She is developing several original animated projects and children’s books.
